Private Internal Remodeling – East Ren

Private internal remodeling.

Project Remit

The customer wanted to open up space in their home in order to create a hub where the family gathered.

To achieve this would involve the removal of an internal wall (non-supporting) to create the open plan living space, enlarging the kitchen and therefore creating 2 living areas. A new stud partition wall would have to be installed to create the additional sitting room.

Included in the project was a new kitchen and all trade requirements that goes with it.

Challenges Overcome

This was a relatively straight forward and small project for McBean Land & Property. The key here was the coordination between the different trades within our divisions, and ensuring the time-frame for each portion of the job is met.

(Although we did have to deal with the customers indoor cat that was trying to become an outdoor cat!)
